HomeGrown Event Registration

To take part in HomeGrown Festival, you will need to register your event or activity by completing  our registration form - click HERE to download. Then return your completed form by email to udacevent@gmail.com  no later than Sunday 30 June 2024.

The Upper Don Arts Community (parent body of HomeGrown Festival) offers free public liability insurance for some festival activities and events. Please check our insurance documents to see whether this is suitable for your event.

All HomeGrown events and activities need a risk assessment to be completed by the organiser.    You can download a blank risk assessment form to fill in for your event or activity HERE

Only events and activities which have registered with us are included in HomeGrown Festival. Events which register by the deadline of 30 June will be included for free in the Homegrown Festival brochure and other publicity/promotional material organised by UDAC.

To be covered by our public liability insurance that you must use the Homegrown logo and branding on all your event publicity (online or printed) and clearly state that your event or activity is part of the Homegrown Festival. You can download the logo HERE

Makers' Market Applications

To apply for a stall at our HomeGrown Makers' Market at Fox Valley on Saturday 12th October 2024 click HERE to download an application form. Stalls are just £10 and we welcome local artists, crafters and makers to apply.
